At its heart, this program is about stepping into the life and purpose that only you can live and fulfill.
Through nourishment, permission, and empowerment, you’ll learn the sacred balance between discipline and devotion so you can move in the world as an integrated and expanded version of self.

Rebecca has the incredible and precious ability to hold and create a nurturing, safe space for her students to blossom in. She patiently introduced me to the extensive world of yoga, guiding me to access and feel deeply into my power, while also helping me to rest peacefully within myself.
Her knowledge and experience is vast, as is her kind and loving heart. Anyone fortunate enough to learn from, or work with Rebecca should be prepared for an education and experience that is life changing.
In this training, you’ll experience ancient practices to unearth the wisdom that only you hold.
This training is not about learning more information that’s already out there.

Calls are 90 minutes.
Calls will occur during “off-weeks” for integrating the month’s module.

In between weekly Wisdom Keeper Zoom sessions, you will have 1-3 hours of video and audio content to experience during the week. It’s recommended that you do the practices early in the week and come back to some part of them daily, so that you have a deeper experience to share and/or integrate by the time the next call comes around.
You will be doing some practices directly from Yoni Shakti by Uma Dinsmore Tuli and from Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bhanda by Satyananda Saraswati. It is recommended you have these texts. To deepen your practice, you could also read Women that Run with the Wolves by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Qoya: A Compass for Navigating an Embodied Life that is Wise, Wild and Free by Rochelle Schieck, and Wild Feminine by Tami Kent.

Once you've graduated and you've received your certificate, you can send us your Yoga Alliance registered email address, and we will add you as a participant in the course.
Great question! Set an intention for your wisdom to be revealed as you go. Commit to your journey and set yourself up for success. Practice new material early in the week and come back to it as many days as you can. Keep doing the things you love the most, whether it’s diving into the suggested reading, dancing daily when you wake up, meditation, whatever it is that lights you up. These can become a supportive personal ritual that lasts far beyond the training. And remind yourself to reach out to the group for support and connection - as the first group of Wisdom Keepers, you are setting an inspiring precedent for others to follow.
