This is what AltarD means.
I came through loss.
Through not fitting anywhere. Through the kind of childhood that leaves you fluent in shame before anything else.
What I found — slowly, and then all at once — is that the wound is also the door.
I found my teachers across ashrams and jungle retreat centers, in the company of Q'ero elders and Hawaiian practitioners, on my own ancestral land in Bavaria, Wales, and England. Years inside Ram Dass' world changed how I listen. What I received in all of it was not a method. It was transmission — a living thread connecting us to generations of wise beings who knew silence and the natural world as their greatest teachers.
The work I've done since has been the same gesture, over and over — taking the parts of my life, my body, even the places that were shamed, and returning to them. Not once. Again and again, in ordinary moments, until reconsecration becomes a way of living. Making what was broken into something sacred. This is not a metaphor. It is a practice. It is what I teach.
That is what an altar is.
I didn't come to this work through training.
I'M REBECCA
These practices help us do the impossible — get out of our own way. I help you drop beneath the noise, connect to the rhythms of the living world, and become a receiver. Ultimately, we practice to awaken shakti. Once that's awakened, you let the shakti move you. And that's where things get genuinely magical.
In my programs, courses, classes, and retreats, you will feel the depth of the teachings and your own wisdom. You will meet the part of you that has always been deeply connected to source and spirit. And you will be able to use the energy and transmission of the teachings to heal yourself and live into your destiny.
